About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer who wants real ownership of cloud infrastructure and the opportunity to shape how modern platforms are built, secured, and scaled. This role sits at the center of a high-impact innovation environment, supporting automation and data-driven products used across the organization.

You will own cloud infrastructure end to end, from design and architecture to reliability, security, and continuous delivery. You will partner closely with software engineers, security, and systems teams to build resilient platforms that enable teams to move fast without sacrificing quality or compliance.

If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving developer experience, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role offers both technical depth and strategic influence.

What You Will Do
* Own the design, operation, and evolution of cloud infrastructure across Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud environments
* Build, scale, and secure infrastructure primarily in Microsoft Azure, with exposure to AWS
* Design and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize
* Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to accelerate delivery
* Ensure high availability and reliability by proactively monitoring systems, preventing outages, and resolving incidents quickly
* Collaborate with security and systems teams to meet data governance, access control, and compliance requirements
* Identify and lead cloud upgrades that improve performance, security, and platform capabilities
* Document system architecture and operational processes to support long-term scalability and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to the strategic vision for cloud and DevOps practices across the organization

What We Are Looking For
* 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
* Strong experience building and operating solutions in Microsoft Azure
* Proven experience with CI/CD and DevOps or DevSecOps practices
* Experience deploying and supporting production workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus
* Ability to troubleshoot across the full stack, from cloud infrastructure to application runtime
* Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
* Experience with AWS is a plus
* Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration. The position is primarily sedentary and may occasionally require off-hours support for critical infrastructure needs.

Why This Role
You will have real ownership, modern tooling, and the chance to influence how cloud and DevOps are practiced across a growing technology organization. The role offers meaningful technical challenges without pager fatigue and a culture that values collaboration, thoughtful engineering, and continuous improvement.
